Shipping method

Buying diamonds and diamond jewelry is special. That is why sending diamonds and jewelry requires extra attention. We ship with established delivery companies (e.g. FedEx and DHL) and we have two shipping types:

1. For orders above € 1,500, we will ship your order free of charge via a courier service.

2. For orders under € 1,500, we will send your order by registered mail. It is also possible to request a courier service for orders under 1,500 euros, but this is subject to a surcharge.

For both methods, shipping is always insured.

Quality control

All shipments are carefully packed and checked by hand, the jewelry will also be polished and polished before packaging. We don't want to leave anything to chance, so the jewelry is checked by multiple experts to ensure it's in perfect condition before shipping.
